The conditions that apply when you use our travel and visa support services.
1. Accurate information
Applicants and clients must provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or affect an application, and the applicant remains responsible for the information they provide.
2. Service charges and payment
Service charges and payment terms depend on the service and case. They should be confirmed with the company in writing before you proceed. Government, embassy, airline and other third-party fees are separate unless agreed otherwise.
3. Decisions outside our control
Visa, immigration and similar decisions are made by embassies, consulates, governments and other third parties. These decisions, and their timing, are outside the company's control.
4. Changing requirements
Requirements, procedures and available services may change according to destination-specific rules. We will share updated information when we become aware of relevant changes affecting your case.
5. Responsibility
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Any limitation of our responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
